Do I need an SSN to form an LLC?

No. You can form an LLC in Florida without an SSN. You can also get an EIN without one, though it takes longer (4 to 6 weeks).

How long does it take?

Florida usually approves LLCs filed online within a few business days. We message you on WhatsApp as soon as it's ready.

What is a registered agent?
